Love It!
Only been using PS for several months now but with each use the final product becomes more professional looking. My advise to you, as a first user, is to make at least six duplicates of your beginning photo. Don’t touch your master photo. Start experimenting with the first duplicate photo and when satisfied with your creation, save it to the Camera Roll. Start working on the second duplicate and create your second product and continue creating and on your sixth duplicate you should have a better feel on what look you want to create.
When I am working on any type of product I will save my work as I go and sometimes I will create duplicates of my saved work and then head off in several different directions saving and duplicating at least three times as I work at each save point. Take a break and come back and look at all of the stages of your work and your favorite choice will stick out like a sore thumb and go on from there. When you are satisfied with your final product, you can delete all the other files or keep your track of your work so that you can go back and rebuild at any point.
Sorry for the short post;-/
