Adobe Photoshop is probably the most recognised photo editing application on the market. Theres good reason for that. Its an extremely powerful photo editor.

PS Express is the best photo editing application Ive used on my phone. I have tried a huge sample of photo editors for iOS and although PS Express mostly had basic editing features, they work better than on any other photo editing application Ive used. Its a must have application if you want to get the most from the pictures you shoot on your phone.
