Superbly helpful and easily powerful to use; there this and then everything else
As the review for the rarest of gems all begin, "Theres this one (1), and then everything else." Its indispensable, smart choices abound, not cluttered, powerful and clear. I launch an app and just dive in, and have been unstintingly, pleasantly surprised by increased tools without once loosing my way.
Why? The Elements in an iOS "A…PS…Express" version convey the simplest ease of use to affect powerfully subtle, substantive enhancements and beautiful changes to all images, from an existing library or on the spot, with unlimited undo, and to Save to Camera Roll, email/share without leaving. 50 filters, cropping with rotation, and many other changes either auto, preset, or calculable; make sense with a range of complexity to match vision.
Ive corrected my prior rating to 5 stars as theres simply no comparison by example in shipping iOS apps that continue to evolve but feel the same. In other words, its so well designed to begin with, new features down to the new minutest embellishments dont need to "revamp the entire UI" as they just fit right in. That is not an accident, one sees a master plan in all products, as it literally outdoes what Apples Guidelines call for time and time again, setting the bar for other app collections to follow. Even as iOS seems to paradigm shift, Adobe keeps the UI and an entire UX stack (per Bill Fernandez, #4)- "UI is the tip of the User Experience" - so its never disruptive, but consistent which is the classical Apple joy, learn something once, apply it everywhere. Thank you Adobe!
