I am on Social Security now. I’ve kept my subscription current month-to-month when I can but the last few months with the inflation the price of groceries and enormous increase in my rent. I can’t always keep it on every month but I recall years ago that you had certain tools, you didn’t have to have a subscription to use now I have to have a premium subscription to do anything! I’m kind of you so appreciate it now you can shove it as far as I’m concerned!

It’s a great app but you have to pay for a lot so please if the developer could make more stuff available (without having to pay) please and thank you. Also it kinda freaks me out that a lot of my data is linked to the developer

dont waste your time with this database bait. Gets your email and name then it tells you what you cant back out on. Thanks adobe for confirming i dont want to buy your products which i was testing this app to confirm i wont use you!

Purchased the Premium package 9 months ago for one third of the price for Photoshop Express. Now being pushed to an upgrade at 3x the cost with additional products I don’t need while not honoring my initial purchase of a premium package for Photoshop which should have seen me through August. Basically a scam.

Why offer this app if you’re going to only offer trial purchase. Why not say purchase. Don’t like deceitful ads.

Been using the basic version of this app for free (some ads) for over 12 years until today when ever photo I select to edit now throws you into going the free trial route. If Adobe thought this was a smart business/revenue generator for then think again. Good riddance!!

Everytime I try to use lenses it crashes. I close and go back into ps express I try again and it keeps crashing.

Subscribed to the two week trial, two days later it asked me to pay with no other options and I needed to use it. Now two days later it’s asking for payment again…

I tried to do a free trial of this app. It doesn’t offer much of anything. I canceled the subscription the same day and it charged me for the entire year. Scam, beware.

Features available in the app on a newer up to date phone should not crash this much. It’s ridiculous.

This app had just gotten worse and worse. I’m a long time desktop photoshop user. I’ve tried everything to be able to present work done on large laptop in and iPad apps that Adobe make. Zero interoperability. I am investing time exploring other platforms to replace all of my Adobe apps. They have abused me enough and wasted so much of my time. Also, be warned, I have spent over a year trying to remove charges after upgrading to a more comprehensive bundle. They charged me for both bundles for over 6 months. Don’t trust Adobe. Assume they are going to screw up every transaction. Whether it is because that is their business model, or they are just so incompetent, I can’t say. Just watch them like a hawk.

They have priced me out. I like photo express OK I don't need Adobe express. And neither Art to exceptional anymore.

Very difficult to learn navigation of site.

Title: Never Purchased This – I’m Done with! Review: I never bought Photoshop Express, yet somehow it ended up on my account and I was charged. This is completely unacceptable. I didn’t authorize this download or purchase, and I’m beyond frustrated with how Apple handles these shady subscriptions and hidden charges. It feels like Apple doesn’t care about its users anymore—just how much money it can squeeze out of them. I used to trust this platform, but now I hate how deceptive it’s become. Fix this or I’m done with Apple for Let me know if you want to make it even harsher or add specific dates or details.

You shut off my subscription, but kept my money, after I have been paying annually for years. I also had Adobe Express and Spark, which I had to cancel because of your changes to the app made it so I can no longer use them on my phone. I paid those SEPARATELY from PS. Then, one day, a couple of weeks ago, I went on my PS app to work on a photo and I was prompted to get a 14 day free trial! I paid $36.91 last year on October 21, which is good until October 21, 2025. I chatted with someone from Adobe who says there is no record of my payment and that I cancelled my account. I did not cancel my account. I only canceled the other two apps. I have proof that I have an active subscription. I even sent the chat person a screenshot of the proof that I have an active subscription! I got absolutely zero help. Your right hand doesn’t know what your left hand is doing. I can’t work on photos anymore, because of your incredible incompetence. I want my money back.

Now not so much… loved the new Features added over the years but now it’s unusable. App suddenly asks me to allow access to photos but there’s no option to allow access to photos under the apps settings .I will be canceling my subscription.

The first thing I will say is users should NEVER ask a question at Adobe’s help Department. For the past three hours (it’s nearly 2 AM now) I’ve been dealing with ramifications of asking how to delete unwanted watermarks that were saved - the maximum amount allowed is 10. Eventually I figured it out myself. After creating a new watermark, it didn’t save and wouldn’t watermark a test photo. Now the entire app and watermark feature is no longer working. So I’m paying for nothing. Problem is now this app completely doesn’t work throughout 2025 and Adobe took my money!!

I’m exhausted with trying to find out why this app has become so unreliable lately. I just can’t anymore. Tools should be useful, not another obstacle.

Easy to use and has great results!

I have cancelled this subscription three separate times, stop charging me. I’m a college student who can barely feed myself and I was forced into getting this subscription for a class. STOP CHARGING ME.

Even when I choose the option to edit my RAW file as a JPEG as a non-premium user, app still tries to pressure me into the transaction and won’t let me edit the JPEG.

I was a long time user of their previous apps (primarily Photoshop Mix) and it was wonderful for trying to do literally anything, however, when they discontinued all of them last year to promote this new app ($), I was forced to switch over. I cannot explain how much more difficult it is to do ANYTHING on this app compared to the older original ones. It's like they combined the older 3 apps together into one place, but also stripped you of any ability to do anything above the most basic level. The only way it makes sense to me is that they pushed this new more restricted app so that if you wanted to do anything advanced you have to use their main computer programs. I wish so bad the old apps would become available again.

I love that you make apps like this for all us crazy photographers. Please keep up the great work!

So when I use the drawing feature and it’s all saved, it doesn’t save. In the project screen the project appears saved but when you click on it, it is not. Even if you’ve made other edits before. This is an incredibly frustrating bug when I have to put down a project.

I love using Photoshop express and I get some really beautiful results from it. I can combine photographs and all sorts of interesting ways like layers like for example example using the texture of a telephone pole on a painting. Or adding parts of one photograph to another photograph. I love the results, but I don’t find the program to be very user-friendly, but it may just be that I’m an old person. It’s not exactly intuitive so I have every time I wanna do something. I have to look up how to do it. Still, I love it because the results are so very good!

I use this app everyday - I am constantly making collages and editing photos. Over time I have reviewed this app with ratings from 5 stars to much lower. Overall it is first rate. I only use a small part of the app - none of the advanced stuff. Your stickers could be better though

I love That most of the options are free on this app. It's an awesome editing app and you can do pretty much anything you can with all the fancy ones. Super easy to maneuver and I highly recommend it.

This used to be a great app that worked offline. I used to be able to edit without an Adobe subscription in the airplane and in the subway. Looks like I’ll have to ditch the app and the filters I’ve relied on and use the built in photos app or look for an alternative that’s actually worth paying for. Shame on the corporate greed oozing out of Adobe HQ!

Major interface problem #1 - the app assumes you have super vision seen in text size. And #2 - Dark Mode is not implemented, a surprise for Apple based app. Sad point #3 - Interface is not intuitive for seldom users - I suggest the app Darkroom. Its interface is extraordinary versus this app.

Your photo will now be held hostage behind a watermark unless you buy their useless subscription. A basic editing feature such as adding grain is now behind a paywall after being free for over a decade. There are thousands of free apps that do the same so I recommend avoiding this app at all cost.

that when i zoom in a little more and try to work on tiny areas (but not even pixelated or anything) the reshape feature works very poorly. using this app for that so it’s kind of breaking the deal
