Adobe Photoshop Express App Reviews

This is a quality image editor, worthy of the Photoshop name, however... to have so many of the ‘Advanced’ features locked up behind the requirement to ‘Sign In’ using a social account or AdobeId so said feature or effect can have the image modifications propagated to the next workflow is irksome time wasting. Also there should never be a requirement for internet / cellular network access for edits that occur on the local device. I was having fun until I realized the app would undo edits unless I signed in. Used for years but Uninstalled PS for this reason.

Till they required a log in for you to save any pictures. Now you can’t do ANYTHING in the app without some account being logged in. It’s just a low key way to steal data. Deleted it instantly.

OMG I’m so very happy! This is a amazing app. Lately I have been searching for some apps that will help me editing photos. And I came across this app! I’m so satisfied with this. Thank you!

I didn’t expect to have the graphic skills to enhance my photos. Happily this tool is just what I needed.

Im "over 50" (which means my eyes are picky) and started photography classes in the film era, when you learned exposures, bracketing, dark room techniques, etc. I learned photo editing on a laptop but more and more important photographs are on my camera. This is a very good app for use on a phone. If it had a few more basic photo fixes for faces (teeth whitening, etc. without having to go to a different app) Id give it a 5.

I truly love this app! Allows me to enhance pics without over photo shopping them! Such a great app I recommend it to all my friends who complement my pictures

I’m currently scanning old slides from my parents and inadvertently had them backwards and this allowed me to flip them. Excellent.

This is a great app for your basic photo enhancements.

I dont know what the developers were thinking, but they have turned a once GREAT photo editing app into something frustrating and un-usable. Now Adobe demands that you create an Adobe account before you can use all of the features of the app. Between work and personal I already have dozens of user accounts to keep track of... last thing I want is another user account looking over my shoulder just so I can edit my photos. Response to developer response. I want to use the app WITHOUT having to create or log into any other accounts. WHY do I have to log into some sort of account just to edit photos using the app??? Can I pay extra for the app with no strings attached?

It has the same editing tools that many other free photo editing apps have, and in some cases less.

They say that this app was created for those who need to “edit photos on the fly” and, with that in mind, they include what I can only assume are the most requested/used “photo editing” tools for the filter-obsessed, selfie-addicted, instagramillennial generation. I guess making a fresh-poppin app that’s both hip and dope at the same time turned out to be vastly more profitable than the old business model, developing versatile, and useful mobile photo-editing tools. Unfortunately, those who find such tools useful are vastly outnumbered by the throngs of people who only need a quick way to make their lives look less average than they really are. So, for what it is, I guess it works good. Of course, they did set the bar pretty low. It’s easy to make an awesome app if you remove all of the complex functionality. But, sure, four stars. It’s not like they actually say this is a useful app for photo editing professionals. It is what it is. By the way, if anyone knows of a good mobile app that offer the same set of tools that PS Touch used to have, please let me know. I was one of the fifteen poor slobs who actually used the thing and it’s obvious that Adobe is really only interested in money at this point so, I don’t see them bringing it back any time in the near future.

Update- I just ran the latest iOS update for my phone and it fixed the issue with the save/back/review buttons being too high and unusable. Five stars again! I’ve loved this app for all kinds of edits, but when I went to use it with my new iPhone X, I’m unable to use the top buttons to go back, see original, or save! I have a screen protector on that was sold and applied by Apple, and other apps with buttons up there work, but not these! I don’t see any other comments about this, could this just be just me?!!?
